I have taken down the archives of RestaurantSlave.com due to the fact that the ideas and story that began here are now on the market for sale to publishing houses. This site was never meant to showcase my best writing, which is what my story has been transformed into in the book version of my experience, both stylistically and through large amounts of added content. I thank you so much for your questions, thoughts, and participation on this site, all of you. RestaurantSlave.com will be back in the near future with mailing lists, community, news, and more goodies. Remember, this blog only held a fraction of my story, and hopefully my book will have the chance to tell it all! While you wait, why not read a sample excerpt?
